Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation prior 21 days of the arrival date will incur no retention and within 21 days of arrival 100% retention charges are applicable.
In case of early departure, retention equivalent to balance room nights will be levied.
In case of no show, 100% retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.
