Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation made 7 days prior to check-in: Full refund.

Cancellation made within 7 days: 50% of booking amount will be charged.

No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow hotel rules.

Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.

Illegal activities, including substance abuse or any kind of misconduct, will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and may be reported to authorities.
5. Children and Extra Beds

Children under 5 years of age stay free when using existing bedding.

Extra beds are available at additional charges and subject to availability.
6. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in advance.
7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and enclosed public areas.

A penalty will be charged for violation of this policy.
